How I Work

I coach senior leaders who are talented and successful enough to be in the room but still figuring out how to lead it.

The work happens in real time, in the middle of what they're navigating — a new role, a reorg, a team that isn't working. We get into what's getting in the way, then work on what needs to shift, over time, in the context of what they're actually dealing with.

How We Work Together

It's not a program. There's no curriculum. The work is built entirely around you.

For over 20 years, I've worked with senior leaders in music, entertainment, and tech — people running complex organizations where the stakes are high. Coaching helps them get sharper about how they operate, what's actually in the way, and where they're going.

We start with the basics: where you are now, and where you want to end up. From there, we're into it — regular sessions built around what you're actually navigating. The hard conversation you've been putting off. The board presentation you're about to walk into. The decision you can't quite name. We work on the patterns underneath, not just the situation in front of you.

By the end, you know exactly how you operate, where you get in your own way, and you're making decisions, holding rooms, and navigating pressure with a new clarity.

What My Clients Say

What Brings You Here

    • You've taken on broader scope — more of the org, higher stakes, a different kind of complexity

    • You're learning to lead through other leaders, not by stepping in

    • You're navigating a reorg or structural change that's reshaping your team

    • You're rebuilding trust or alignment on a team where it has eroded

    • Your influence needs to land in rooms where you're not the one running the agenda

    • You're under more scrutiny now — board, peers, the people above you — and want to show up differently
