For over 20 years, I've worked with senior leaders in music, entertainment, and tech — people running complex organizations where the stakes are high. Coaching helps them get sharper about how they operate, what's actually in the way, and where they're going.
We start with the basics: where you are now, and where you want to end up. From there, we're into it — regular sessions built around what you're actually navigating. The hard conversation you've been putting off. The board presentation you're about to walk into. The decision you can't quite name. We work on the patterns underneath, not just the situation in front of you.
By the end, you know exactly how you operate, where you get in your own way, and you're making decisions, holding rooms, and navigating pressure with a new clarity.
